  1. Install the Metamask extension on your browser. Then refresh this page.
  2. Make sure Metamask is unlocked
  3. Switch to the Rinkeby network in Metamask
  4. Get some ether from the Chainlink Rinkeby faucet
  5. Log In
  6. Go to the balance page and get some tokens using the faucet buttons
  7. Go to the proposal page and create a proposal or vote on the existing proposal
